Terms of Service

Nufiala is designed for students aged 12 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your use of the service.

You may use Nufiala for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not use it on behalf of a school or organisation without contacting us first at hello@nufiala.app.

Nufiala provides AI-generated explanations, practice questions, and study support aligned to the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum and WAEC examination standards.

Nufiala is a study aid, not a replacement for your teacher. AI-generated content can contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher, textbook, or other authoritative sources — especially for high-stakes exam preparation.

The core features of Nufiala are free. A daily question limit applies to all free accounts to ensure fair access for every student. The limit resets every day.

You can unlock additional questions each day by sharing Nufiala with a classmate via WhatsApp.

You agree not to:

• Use Nufiala to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for a school environment.
• Attempt to bypass the daily question limit through automated means, multiple accounts, or other workarounds.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Nufiala's responses in bulk for commercial use.
• Impersonate another student or create fake accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

The Nufiala name, logo, and design are our property. The AI-generated content produced in response to your questions is provided for your personal educational use — you may not republish or sell it.

The questions you ask are yours. We use them in aggregate and anonymised form to improve the service.

Nufiala is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that AI-generated answers are always correct, complete, or up to date with the latest syllabus. We are not liable for any exam results or academic outcomes.

We may update features, daily limits, or these terms at any time. We will notify signed-in users of significant changes by email. Continued use of Nufiala after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
